Installation:

Operation:

* The paper towels dispenses through the top of the dispenser manually.
* This dispenser has a spring mechanism which pushes the paper to the top of the dispenser to easy access.
* To refill this dispenser you must push the paper through the flaps towards the bottom of the dispenser.
