* Spring loaded spindle revolves freely and holds roll until core is removed


Installation:

* Attach mounting plates to wall using No. 10 self-tapping screws (supplied by others). Attach each flange and post assembly to its mounting plate with set screw supplied. For mounting height standards refer to current Building Code of Australia for able bodied and/or disabled use
